What is your return policy on dresses purchased in store?
Dresses that are purchased in store during regular business hours are sold on a non exchange/no refund policy.
Dresses special ordered in the store can be exchanged for another dress of equal or lesser value when dress is paid for in full.
I am interested in ordering a dress through The Prom Shop at Anika Burke online website. What is the return policy for these dresses?
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refund or store credit. You can receive a refund on all products. There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
You must request a return authorization number from us through your Prom Shop Account within 7 days after receiving your order.
Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.
If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.
All items must be returned in the original condition as received.
How To Request A Return Authorization Number
To start your return process we will need you to login to your account.
If you do not remember your password or you did not create an account at checkout click 'Forgot Password' and enter the email associated with your order.
Once logged into your account click on 'Completed' from the the left hand menu.
Next find the order that is associated with the item you need to return and click Return Item(s)' and fill out return form.
